When applying for a postpaid plan, your telecommunications payment history may be reviewed.
If you have outstanding or overdue bills for internet, TV, or landline services under your name, your application may be restricted during the eligibility review.
After paying any overdue balances, you may reapply. If you need immediate service, we recommend choosing a Prepaid plan, which does not require a credit review.
