For foreign nationals, postpaid plan registration requires verification of your residency status and period of stay using a valid Alien Registration Card (ARC) or other eligible documentation.

If your residency information cannot be verified or is unclear, your application for a postpaid plan may be restricted. In this case, you can still choose a Prepaid plan, which may be available depending on your eligibility.
