When applying for a postpaid plan, your mobile payment history will be reviewed.
If you have a record of unpaid mobile phone bills under your name within the past 6 months, your application may be restricted. After settling any outstanding payments, you may become eligible to apply again.
If you need immediate access to service, we recommend using a Prepaid plan, which does not require a credit review.
