How do I pay the Water Board bill on thePAY?
1. In the thePAY app, go to 'Overseas Mobile Top-up' and select the country.
2. In the category, click Utility.
3. Click Water Board.
4. Enter the amount and number to top up.
5. Click 'Top up' and the top-up to the entered number completes shortly.
