How to Purchase Subway Vouchers via the thePAY App
- In the thePAY App, select Subway and choose the voucher amount you wish to purchase.
- Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number designated to receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
- Upon successful issuance, the Subway coupon will be delivered via both the thePAY App and SMS to the designated mobile number.
Subway gift vouchers and mobile coupons may be redeemed either in-store or through the Subway app, depending on the ordering method selected.
In-Store Redemption
To redeem a Subway coupon in-store, simply present the voucher to the cashier before completing payment.
Place Your Order: Select your preferred sandwich, bread, vegetables, and sauces as usual.
Present the Coupon: At checkout, present the coupon barcode to the cashier for redemption.
Additional Payment: If the purchase amount exceeds the coupon value, the remaining balance may be paid using cash, a credit card, or another accepted payment method.
Subway App (Online Orders)
Subway vouchers may also be applied when placing Fast Sub (Pickup) or Home Delivery orders through the Subway app or website.
Add Items to Your Cart: Access the Subway app or website, select your desired menu items, and add them to your cart.
Proceed to Checkout: Move to the payment page to review your order.
Apply the Coupon: Under the "Coupon/Promotion" section, select "View and Apply Coupons" and choose the voucher you wish to use.
Complete Payment: Verify the discounted amount and complete the payment process.
