    Notice: All purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. 7-Eleven products are available for purchase through thePAY App. The purchaser must provide the mobile phone number designated to receive the voucher. Upon successful purchase, the voucher will be delivered via thePAY App push notification service and SMS.

    How to Purchase 7-Eleven Vouchers via thePAY App

    1. In the thePAY App, select 7-Eleven and choose the voucher amount you wish to purchase.
    2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number designated to receive the voucher, then proceed with payment.
    3. Upon successful issuance, the 7-Eleven voucher will be delivered via both the thePAY App and SMS to the designated mobile number.

    4. 7-Eleven vouchers and mobile gift vouchers may be redeemed at participating 7-Eleven stores nationwide by presenting the barcode at checkout.

       

    In-Store Redemption

    Present the Barcode at Checkout: Display the barcode on your e-voucher (mobile gift voucher, discount coupon, etc.) and present it to the cashier during payment.

    Split Payment Available: If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance may be paid using cash, a credit card, or another accepted payment method.

    Combined Coupon Redemption: Vouchers registered in the Seven App may be consolidated and redeemed conveniently using a single barcode within the app.
