How to Purchase Mom's Touch Gift Vouchers on thePAY
- Select the Mom's Touch product on thePAY and choose the amount you want to purchase.
- Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the e-voucher, then proceed with the payment.
- The issued Mom's Touch voucher will be sent to both thePAY App and the mobile phone number you provided via SMS.
- Mom's Touch gift vouchers / mobile vouchers (gift icons) can be used through the official website/app, phone orders, or by visiting a store.
How to Use Mom's Touch Vouchers
Mom's Touch vouchers (gift icons, value vouchers, and discount coupons) can be easily used at store kiosks, by showing them to a cashier, or through the official Mom's Touch app.
1. In-Store (Kiosk or Counter)
Kiosk Orders
- Select your menu items.
- At the payment stage, choose "Mobile Coupon/Gift icon" as the payment method.
- Scan the voucher barcode using the kiosk's barcode scanner.
Counter Orders
- Before payment, show the voucher barcode to the staff for scanning.
Additional Payment
- If your order exceeds the voucher value, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
2. Order Through the Official Mom's Touch App (Pickup/Delivery)
- Download and install the Mom's Touch app on your smartphone and log in.
- Select your preferred order type (pickup or delivery) and choose a store.
- On the payment screen, select "Mobile Coupon (Gift icon)" and enter the voucher code or scan the barcode to apply it.
- For app-exclusive discount coupons, select and apply the downloaded coupon under the "Coupon Discount" section during checkout.
