    Notice: All purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Gong Cha products are available for purchase through thePAY App. The purchaser must provide the mobile phone number designated to receive the voucher. Upon successful purchase, the voucher will be delivered via thePAY App push notification and SMS.

    How to Purchase and Redeem Gong Cha Coupons via thePAY App

    1. In the thePAY App, select Gong Cha and choose the product you wish to purchase.
    2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number designated to receive the voucher, then proceed with payment.
    3. Upon successful issuance, the Gong Cha coupon will be delivered via both the thePAY App and SMS to the designated mobile number.
    4. Gong Cha gift vouchers may be used as cash at participating Gong Cha stores nationwide (excluding certain locations). When paying at a kiosk, select "Mobile Voucher" and scan the barcode to complete the transaction.

     

    Using Gong Cha Gift Vouchers
    Gong Cha gift vouchers (mobile gift certificates and value vouchers) can be conveniently redeemed through in-store kiosks or the official Gong Cha app.

    At an in-store kiosk: 

    1. Select your desired menu items.
    2. On the payment screen, select "Mobile Coupon" or "Gong Cha Card."
    3. Scan the voucher barcode or enter the voucher number to complete the payment.
