    How to pay with an Olive Young coupon (thePAY)

    1. In the thePAY app, select the Olive Young product, then choose the mobile value voucher (gift certificate) you want.
    2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
    3. The issued Olive Young coupon is sent to the thePAY APP and to the mobile phone via SMS you entered.
    4. The Olive Young mobile gift card can be used at the counter (POS) of Olive Young offline stores nationwide, or registered in the official Olive Young app for online orders (Today Dream and delivery).

     

     

    How to use at Olive Young offline stores

    1. Select products: Choose the cosmetics, food, or other items you want to buy in-store, then bring them to the counter.
    2. Present the coupon: At checkout, show staff the gift card barcode screen received via SMS or the thePAY app to be scanned.
    3. Partial deduction available: You don't have to use the entire voucher amount at once; you can specify and pay only the amount you want.
    4. Balance payment and points: Any amount exceeding the gift card value can be paid by credit card or easy payment, after which CJ ONE membership points are earned. (It can be used the same way on sale items or 1+1 promotion items.)

     

     

    Ordering via the official Olive Young app (online usage)

    1. Access the app and register the gift card: Launch and log in to the official Olive Young app, then select [My Page] -> [My Gift Card] -> [+ Register Gift Card].
    2. Enter the received card number (16 digits) and PIN (6 digits) to complete registration.
    3. Add products to cart: Add the items you want to the cart, press Purchase, and select the delivery method (Today Dream or standard delivery).
    4. Apply at the payment step: On the order/payment screen, under 'Gift Card/Points', select the registered 'Olive Young gift card', enter the amount to use, and apply it.
    5. Final payment: Pay any excess balance from delivery fees or extra purchases with a credit card or easy payment to complete the online order.
