How to Pay with a Dunkin Coupon (thePAY)

1. In the thePAY app, select the Dunkin product, then choose the mobile gift voucher (gift certificate) or donut/coffee exchange voucher you want.
2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
3. The Dunkin coupon you receive will be sent to the thePAY app and by SMS to the phone number you entered.
4. Dunkin mobile vouchers can be used directly at Dunkin stores nationwide, or registered and used in Happy Order (SPC's integrated delivery/pickup app) or the Happy Point app.

How to use at a Dunkin store

1. Choose your items: Visit any Dunkin store nationwide, place the donuts and drinks you'd like on a tray, and bring them to the counter.
2. Present the coupon: At checkout, show the staff the coupon barcode screen received by SMS or in the thePAY app.
3. Menu changes allowed: Even with a specific donut exchange voucher, if the store doesn't have that product or you want something else, you can freely switch to another item of equal or higher price than the coupon value.

4. Paying the difference and earning points: For amounts exceeding the coupon value, pay the difference by credit card, cash, or easy payment, and earn Happy Points.

    

Ordering via the Happy Order app (online use) — App access: Open Happy Order, SPC's integrated brand ordering app.

1. Choose an order type: On the main screen, select 'Delivery' or 'Takeout' and specify the store you'll use.
2. Add to cart: Add donuts and coffee up to an amount equal to or greater than the coupon value. (Orders below the coupon value are not allowed.)
3. Enter the coupon and pay: At the payment step, select the 'Mobile Voucher (Exchange Voucher/Happycon)' menu, then enter the barcode number (digits) you received to apply it. Once you pay the delivery fee and any excess difference, your order is placed.
