    Notice: All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable. You can purchase McDonald's mobile gift certificates (gifticon) on thePAY. They can be used at McDonald's stores nationwide.

    McDonald's Coupon Payment Method (thePAY)

    1. In the thePAY app, select the McDonald's product, then choose your desired mobile value voucher (gift certificate) or burger set exchange voucher.
    2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number to receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
    3. The issued McDonald's coupon will be sent via the thePAY APP and the mobile SMS you entered.
    4. McDonald's mobile coupons can be used at kiosks, counters (POS), and drive-thru (DT) of McDonald's offline stores nationwide, or on M Order, the mobile ordering service of the official McDonald's app.

     

     

    How to use at McDonald's offline stores

    1. Menu selection: On the in-store kiosk screen, select the burger, side, drink, etc. you want, add them to the cart, and press Order.
    2. Payment method selection: On the payment method screen, select the 'Mobile Coupon / Mobile Gift Certificate' or 'Gifticon' button.
    3. Coupon scan: Hold the barcode screen of the coupon received via SMS or the thePAY app up to the scanner at the bottom of the kiosk. (If it is not recognized, enter the digits directly.)
    4. Difference payment: Pay the remaining amount exceeding the coupon value by credit card or easy payment, and an order receipt (order number ticket) will be issued. (When using the drive-thru (DT), simply show the barcode directly to the staff at the order pickup station.)

     

     

    McDonald's Official App Order (M Order Usage)

    1. App access and menu selection: Launch the official McDonald's app and select the 'M Order' menu at the bottom.
    2. Designate the store to order from, add the menu you want to the cart, then press Pay.
    3. Coupon application step: On the payment method selection screen, select the 'Use Mobile Gift Certificate / Exchange Voucher' item.
    4. Coupon registration and application: Press the [+ Add Mobile Gift Certificate] button, then register the coupon in one of the ways below.
    5. Barcode image registration: Load the barcode image saved on your phone. Number entry: Enter the received coupon number (digits) directly.
    6. Final payment: Select the registered coupon to apply it to the payment amount, then pay any difference arising from side changes or excess purchases by credit card or easy payment, and the order is completed.
