    How to pay with a Twosome Place coupon (thePAY)

    1. In the thePAY app, select the Twosome Place product, then choose the mobile value voucher (gift certificate) or beverage·slice cake exchange voucher you want.
    2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
    3. The issued Twosome coupon is sent to the thePAY APP and to the mobile phone via SMS you entered.

    The Twosome Place mobile gift certificate can be used at the kiosk or counter of Twosome Place offline stores nationwide, or via TWOSOME ORDER — the mobile ordering service of the official TWOSOME HEART app — and for whole cake reservations.
     


    How to use at Twosome Place offline stores

    1. Select menu: On the kiosk screen installed in the store, choose the coffee, beverage, slice cake, etc. you want, add them to the cart, and press Order
    2. Select payment method: Among the payment options at the bottom of the screen, select the 'Mobile Coupon' or 'Barcode Payment/Coupon' button.
    3. Scan the coupon: Hold the coupon's barcode screen received via SMS or the thePAY app up to the scanner at the bottom of the kiosk. (If it isn't recognized, enter the number manually.)

    4. Balance payment and points: Pay any amount exceeding the coupon value by credit card or easy payment, then, if you are a TWOSOME HEART app member, scan the barcode to collect membership Hearts (points). (At stores without a kiosk or at a staffed counter, simply show the barcode to an employee.)


       

    Ordering via the TWOSOME HEART app (TWOSOME ORDER)

    1. Access the app and select menu: Launch the TWOSOME HEART app and select the 'TWOSOME ORDER' menu at the bottom.
    2. Add the store to order from and the desired menu items to the cart, then press Order.
    3. Enter payment method: On the order information entry screen, under 'Other Payment Methods' (or other payment options) at the bottom, press the [Select] button for the 'Mobile Coupon' item.
    4. Register partner coupon: Tap the 'Register Partner Mobile Coupon' arrow menu at the top of the screen and apply the coupon using one of the methods below. Load image: Import the coupon barcode image saved in your phone's gallery.
    5. Scan barcode: Point the camera at the coupon's barcode to scan it. Enter number: Manually enter the received coupon number (digits), then press Register.
    6. Complete final order: Check and apply the registered coupon, then pay any excess balance from menu changes or delivery fees to complete the order.
