Starbucks Coupon Payment Method (thePAY)

1. In the thePAY app, select the Starbucks product, then choose the mobile amount voucher (gift voucher) or beverage/food exchange voucher you want.
2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
3. The issued Starbucks coupon will be sent to the thePAY app and via SMS to the phone number you entered.

The Starbucks mobile coupon can be used at the counter (POS) of Starbucks offline stores nationwide, or via Siren Order, the mobile ordering service in the official Starbucks app.

 

How to Use at Starbucks Offline Stores

1. Order the menu: At the store counter, order the beverage or food you want from a partner (staff member).
2. Present the coupon: When paying, show the coupon barcode screen received via SMS or the thePAY app to the partner to be scanned.
3. Freely change the menu: Even with a specific beverage exchange voucher (e.g., Cafe Latte Grande), you can freely change to another beverage, a different size, a tumbler, or any product you want in-store. (However, the final payment amount must be equal to or greater than the coupon value.)
4. Pay the difference and earn rewards: Any remaining balance beyond the coupon value can be paid additionally by credit card, KakaoPay, or Starbucks Card. If you pay a balance of 1,000 KRW or more with a Starbucks Card, you can also earn Stars.

Ordering via the Official Starbucks App

1. Access the app and select a menu: Launch the official Starbucks app, tap the 'Order' menu at the bottom, add the beverage or food you want to the cart, then select [Order].
2. Enter the payment method: Confirm the store to order from, go to the final payment screen, and select 'Mobile Voucher' under the 'Other Payment Methods' section.
3. Register and apply the coupon: Tap the [+ Add Mobile Voucher] button, then register the coupon using one of the three methods below.
4. Load coupon image: Import the barcode image saved on your phone. Scan barcode: Scan the coupon's barcode with the camera.
5. Enter voucher number: Directly enter the coupon number (digits) you received.
6. Complete the final order: Select the registered coupon to apply its value, then pay any difference arising from delivery fees or added menu items with a Starbucks Card or credit card to complete the Siren Order.
