How do I recharge Smart Cell?
Open the thePAY App and go to Nepal/Overseas Recharge (E-load). Select the Nepal flag.
Tap on Mobile, then tap on the Mobile icon below “All carriers available”.
Select the recharge amount and enter the number to recharge.
Tap on Recharge.
